Size Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Size Exchange: You may request a size exchange for an item if the size you originally ordered does not fit you correctly. Size exchanges are subject to product availability. Please note that this policy applies only to items that are eligible for exchanges, as some products, such as customized or personalized items, may not be eligible for size exchanges.

  2. Size Exchange Process: To initiate a size exchange, please follow these steps:

    a. Contact our customer support team at thestreetwise.co@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram within 3 working days of receiving the item to request a size exchange. Provide your order number and specify the item you would like to exchange.

    b. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the original item. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition as you received it.

    c. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will check the availability of the desired size. If the requested size is available, we will ship it to you as soon as possible. If the requested size is not available, we may offer an alternative or process a refund or exchange according to our refund/exchange policy.

  3. Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for returning the original item for a size exchange are the responsibility of the customer. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged size back to you.

  4. Conditions for Size Exchange: To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a size exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

  5. Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, may not be eligible for size exchanges. We will clearly indicate if a product is non-exchangeable on the product page.
